I’ve suffered from neck problems for many years, and frequently wake up with muscle spasms which, in turn, often triggers migraines. My sister surprised me with the Scandinavian nap pillow on my birthday 3 years ago and I absolutely love it so much I cannot sleep with any other pillow since then.
